I wanted rotation and alignment. They showed me my tires were below tread wear markers and recommended I get new tires and then I could have alignment if needed. No charge!

My wife’s Van had touchy brakes & rubbing sound that was distinctly audible where passersby turned their heads due to the noise. We took it back after just over 30 days and they replaced & fixed them at no charge. Thank you we will continue using Budget Brakes of Clarksville for our out of warranty vehicles. Customer service is very friendly and accommodating.

Guy tried to quote me $2,200 for pads and rotors. When I asked why it was so expensive he referenced the shop being slow today (like it's somehow my fault the shop is slow so I should have to pay more) and dropped the price down to $900. Should have left and took my car somewhere else. Extremely shady and weird interactions here.
