The whole team was super nice. My technician was super nice and helpful explained everything that he found. No one pressured me into getting anything done. Great place !!

Good folks all around. Honest and straightforward to the point. Didn’t try to sale me anything just left it up to me to choose an option no pressure at all. Had me in and out of there in about 18 minutes ‼️ rear brakes and rotors‼️ Good people 💪🏾
My wife came Monday afternoon to get breakers and calipers done, they quoted her $1100. I told her leave, I’ll come back Wednesday. Now I’m here and they’re telling me they don’t have the technology to fix a 2014 Jeep. Smh, it’s only been 2 days.

Wanted to charge me $897 to put new rotors and brakes. When I told them I couldn't afford it and that my husband can do it I'll just order it online, I was told I'll be back because my husband who is also a mechanic can do it all. I didn't listen to my husband when I should've. I bought my brakes and rotors online all 4 rotors and 4 brakes pads for $149 and my husband changed it for me for free. Next time like Jesus says listen to your husband. Thank you for taking the stick out though. 🙏✨️🫶🏼

Loved that you guys do inspections for free. However. Your quote of almost $900 was severely over priced. Then you were like "Oh, cool you can't afford that, let us lower the price by $300 for what you need to not die.. Shame on you guys for almost a 200% markup. I took my chances with GAP and another shop. What you charge your "community" is almost disgraceful.
Guy tried to quote me $2,200 for pads and rotors. When I asked why it was so expensive he referenced the shop being slow today (like it's somehow my fault the shop is slow so I should have to pay more) and dropped the price down to $900. Should have left and took my car somewhere else. Extremely shady and weird interactions here.

Provide honest diagnoses to repairs. Three days after I was told by budget brakes on Second Ave. that I needed rotors and brakes on all four wheels at a cost of over $700.00 with my lifetime warranty. I took my car to Firestone to get a second opinion and was told my brakes and rotors were fine, and the reason my car was pulling when my brakes were applied I needed an alignment, which fixed the problem for a little over $180.00.

Sat there just to be told, a tire/brake place couldn’t even get my tires off to even do an evaluation. And that’s all they said didn’t try to help me figure it out or even offer a suggestion on where to go other than to go look for my own lug nut piece. And I left at that point.
