The experience was good. The prices seemed high but I expect that for my type of car. Only thing I would say that was negative is I brought high end pads and asked to have then installed. I was told they don't normally do that but since mine were high end they would. I know I would be charged normal rate even for mine to be installed but when I got home I noticed they were not. They pads I brought were still in the box.
