The Chattanooga store took care of us while traveling to Florida. Noticed bad pulsing and sounds while downhill towards Chattanooga and they were able to take us in and replace rotors and pads and had us on the way in about an hour!

The experience was good. The prices seemed high but I expect that for my type of car. Only thing I would say that was negative is I brought high end pads and asked to have then installed. I was told they don't normally do that but since mine were high end they would. I know I would be charged normal rate even for mine to be installed but when I got home I noticed they were not. They pads I brought were still in the box.
