Tyler was amazing! Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated his honesty about my repairs and advice for best care. He even helped someone when they couldn't order from sonic and pulled up the menu for them now that's service! Also his team worked well together and seemed to have respect for each other in their interactions. I would recommend anyone to come to budget brakes.

Tyler was wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and showed me the issues with our car and the consequences of not getting some of the work done in a timely matter. He thought he would not be able to re place a part on my car because my car is old and they no longer make a needed part, He actually found the part at a junk yard that same day , when he thought he would not have time toand resolved the issue! The entire staff was amazing! I had lots of work done today. I sat in the waiting area from 8 am until 1 pm and they constantly kept me updated on the status of my repair and were verity professional and friendly. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else.
