Agreed to a price and told the man to go ahead. Another man refused the work and he dropped the price 2 times trying to get him to agree to the work. He didn’t and left. When I went to pay and ask about the same work he said sorry , you should have said something sooner. I told him I wasn’t aware the prices were negotiable. He said well next time say something. There won’t be a next time , that was very unethical. I’ve went there for years - but I won’t be back

1100 for brake pads and rotors is wild had had my buddy do it for 600 and he did a better job the last time I used this company I will not be going back and I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere

Was basically lied too, took my car, my wife’s car and my son’s car for service….Will never go there again and I look forward to sharing my experiences

Turned rotors to much first trip and this could not be safe . Over charged ! Vibrated bad .Second trip when brought back, charged for labor again . Also charged another shop supplies 29.00 Dollars. This was suppose to be free life of same car . 60.00 Dollars shop supplies . I want be Back !!!
