Absolutely awful experience went in to get my BMW aligned it takes almost an hour then when I drive off my steering wheel is completely slanted sideways so I go back complaining wanting them to fix it they make me wait for a car that's already in there for about 45 minutes and then the second time they don't get it completely straight and they set off a code on my car saying my dynamic driving operation is no longer operational I have no idea how much that's going to cost me to get fixed but it was not on before I went in th... read more

I do like the way they show you the issues with the car and what needs to be taken care of asap. Budget brakes is NOT budget at all! I was told one price over $400.00 and then I got a call and the NEW price was over $500.00 and this was back brakes and rotors. I had know chose but to pay it the work had been completed. I was / not happy.Â
