Greeted with awesome customer service. Couldn’t service my vehicle but recommended that I take it to a Toyota dealership. Gave me a copy of the cars diagnostic results and no charged . 100% honesty was expressed by the mechanic. Thank you.

Made an appointment at 9:30 an was finished by 10:30 , the tech showed me how to read the alignment specs sheet, everyone did a good job

I brought my vehicle in for rear brakes & I was told they were fine. 2 weeks later I need rear brakes. Seems like some dishonesty to me.

It was a scam, and Budget Brakes was just trying to get as much money off of me as possible for something that didn't need to be done at a price that was outrageous.

After changing my break pad with budget break in charlotte ave, my car is now giving me an unusual clicking sound when pressing the break pedal. According to them it is normal. I have not heard this sound in 8 years of driving this car. It started after the break pad change. Not sure if this is fine or not, but i’m sure i would need to spend more $ just to have another check the car. For peace of mind, i would avoid this shop in future.

You advertise tire alignment for 56.00. I came in yesterday and returned today, to get the work done. Final cost before tax 164.00. Attendant said extra cost was my suv, and parts.....what parts????? Classic Bait and Switch !!!!!!!
