I went to the dealership to get my car routine maintenance. Ted Russell quoted me a price of $2,400 worth of repairs that needs to be done. I went Budget Brakes on Broadway to recieve a second opinion. Budget Brakes told me absolutely nothing needed to be done. They did my diagnostic for free. I called Ted Russell Nissan, I told them I went to a break shop to get a second opinion and found nothing wrong, they instantly apologized and blamed it on the new guy.
