Big thanks to the team at Budget Brakes on Broadway for NOT installing new brakes on my car. I came in with a chuffing sound coming from the right front wheel and assumed it meant the front brake pads would need to be replaced soon. However, as they showed me, it was actually the wheel weights rubbing against my brake caliper, which the tire shop that had rotated my tires didn't notice. I appreciate their honesty!Ā

The staff asked detailed questions to get to the root cause of our car trouble. They were knowledgeable about what the issue was with my vehicle and showed us the issue. They were honest about what needed to be replaced and what did not need replacing. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.Ā
