Lean your customers and try to seek ways to keep your customers, I have always use your services for alignment, I buy and sell cars to be transparent, I took a 2015 ford focus to be aligned they said that it need a passenger side tierod end replaced, I said ok I will change and bring it back the guy at the university Huntsville branch said that’s it we can’t do business anymore, I said ok thanks sir.
