The young guy was very nasty. He did not unreal my warranty. He played games trying to get me to spend money when I had a warranty. Someone need to make this right. What happened to me on Monday 1-5-26 was not right.

I left with additional problems than when I entered after spending $1200.00. I honestly feel that the salesman was very disingenuous and deceptive. Strongly considering his getup about giving brake pads for free. We all know that this is truly not happening. The cost is knowing add to another fee most likely an additional unneeded service charge. He/salesman can use some training in customer service and or moral conduct as it involves being honest.

I was very disappointed in your service and I would never use it again I never went anywhere and paid that much money and leave with the same problem I would never recommend y'all to anyone and honestly I feel like you ought to get better employees that know what they doing

The price I quoted after the inspection was extremely high and I told I had received a lesser quoted Athens but forgot to bring that quote with me and that I was going to leave He brought the price down several hundred dollars and I agreed but told him that it was still high but he had already started , He told me to go by and get a quote and bring it to him and if it was really that much lower he would Give me future credit.
