We were headed to a family getaway when my husband became concerned about the wheel bearing. I called at 12:50 to ask about having it looked at/ fixed. I was told we could be seen right away. They took my name, and I told them we were 5min away. Nobody pulled in ahead of us. When we got there, the extremely rude person at the front told my husband it would be 30min. I've been a budget brakes customer for years and I went in this morning based off of the recommendation from my last visit there. I walked in for simple tire rods. Instead the store manager Barry Casteel was rude and condescending. I kept asking for him to simply pull up my records and it would tell him everything he needed to know. He refused and continue to ask me a million questions with an attitude. Finally I said, sir with all due respect, you are a horrible manager. I needed work on my brakes and I’m so glad that I chose Budget Brakes. They did a fantastic job. I am a satisfied customer.
I recommend nobody to go to them I was just there in may and I had got rotors and etc done this is now October tell me why I got a bad rotor that they put on my car til where it got my steer wheel shake when I easy down on the breaks
