My experience was excellent. I was on pins and needles about how much it was going to cost for my truck to get fixed. My wheel was pulling to the right and it smell like rub was burning. The gentleman at the desk calm me down and said just let us take a look. When he came back in he told me that I need an alignment and believe it or not it wasn't expensive.
