The manager showed me my front brakes and i noticed a bolt on the rotor was missing and i asked was it missing when you removed the tire and he said yes and installed the tire. Good business would to replace the bolt for a cost or free!

Bill is a great manager. The previous manager or workers that are no longer there seemed to be scamming customers. To tell someone they don’t need breaks when they really do is dangerous. I guess they were trying to get a need for rotors to be replaced as well and offering under the table work on parts. Thank goodness Bill and his crew seem upright and professional, taking time to explain the job being done and why! Hats off to honesty and integrity!!
