The staff at Budget Btakes exemplified the 3P's in business. The were polite, prompt and professional. It started with the initial.call that morning. I spoke with Paul who very friendly. He made me feel heard and comfortable as we talked about the issue with my car. He invited me to bring my car in and scheduled a time. When I arrived, he was prompt in the intake process, and after the mechanic inspected my car, he came back and shared the findings without me feeling like I was being setup for a scam.
