The gentlemen that did the service was polite print and experience. They did a show and tell of the matter at hand. Gave great feed back and recommendations on prices and correct fixes.

Such a waste of my time. I was quoted 9 times the quoted price Paul quoted me over the phone. He knew exactly what model my vehicle was. After I got there I told him my vehicle was at the local dealership, he advised he use to work there. I believe he quoted my brake job to what he thought I was quoted at the dealership, but he was wrong. I will never go back to that location especially if he is still there, a total crook! I talk the the gentleman over the phone he told me all brakes were 99 dollars then when I get there quotes me a price of 1100 dollars he is a liar and lured me their under false pretense. Like why would I pay budget brakes 1100 for brakes hell it's budget brakes the dealership don't even cost that much

Had the interaction with Billy who told me I need pads and rotors. I objected more than once but he pressured me into getting them. I told him to give me the parts they took off of my car. Took them to another brake shop to inspect them. The front rotors did not need replacing. I went back to tell Billy and after during our conversation, he cuss me to my face. If I could give 0 stars I would, they didn't replace my hub correctly and then tried to overprice my entire work up.
