I came in with noise complaint along with needing an alignment. The steering wheel was off center to the left. 1. They couldn’t duplicate the noise. I showed the tech the noise and was told they couldn’t pinpoint it. I went ahead with the alignment (WROND DECISION) my steering wheel is off center the the right. I took my car back up there and they pretended to realign my car thinking I wouldn’t notice that they didn’t move anything on the 2nd alignment. It’s the fact that I spent $600 on brake pads all way around and 1 wheel bearing that did not fix the squeak in my brakes will not be returning for any services

They did a alignment and didn't work and blamed my tires so I got new one( I really like that they actually realigned it free) and kow when I drive and trun to park sounds like they didn't tighten something up. I dont want to go back because I tried to tell them what year my truck is and the were very confident that they were right even cam out and said look inside my door and I wanted to correct them but as you can see the door is from a different year truck and did want that to cause problems and I didn't want to bist his ... read more

Gives bullshit suggestion trying to make customer pay more for more work. Try to make money out of people who don't know about cars. Unfortunately, I did know what was wrong and I did tell them what wrong but they wanna do extra work trying make money out of people.
