I went into Budget Brakes looking to get a brake inspection. My brakes had been quite wobbly. I was not quite prepared for multiple issues to be discovered, however S. Jackson met me where I was and offered phenomenal service. His customer service was outstanding and I will definitely be back for my brake needs. I’m so grateful I was able to be seen by him! I stopped by Budget Brakes on a Saturday to have them check and replace brake pads. They were courteous and friendly, and were able to get my SUV in quickly. After a short while, they called me into the shop to show me the condition of the pads, informing me that they were still good and didn't need replacement. Great to work with honest people.
