I the computer was down and I was promised an invoice by text and have never received it. Not really happy when someone says that they will do it and it’s not delivered on what they said.

Went in on a Saturday for an alignment after changing the front struts on my Denali. Price with tax was discussed right up front. Not sure what the typical wait time is but they got me straight away as they weren’t that busy. I literally barely had time to walk next door, get a coffee and walk back before they were finished. No surprises at checkout as it was exactly what was discussed upon arrival. Not the usual as far as shops can sometimes be. Impressed is an understatement.
