It was very quick and efficient.
I was a walk in and Steve let me know they'd be happy to do my brakes right now. Within an hour, my brakes were finished and I was really pleased with the price. The car drove great and I didn't have that "noise" anymore when I stopped. Very pleased with their service.

For a brakes job all the way around I was told over the phone one price & once I get there I was shocked at what I was told, almost twice as much. The gentleman at the front desk could communicate better, however the mechanic seems to know what he was doing, and got the job done in a timely manner.
Great fast service at a reasonable price.. Friendly people too.
Steve greeted me with a friendly smile and a professional knowledge of the brake business . He explained exactly what they were going to do, how long it would take depending on the outcome from the diagnostic aspect of brake wear and tear of my vehicle . He explained what was revealed during the diagnostic part. He revealed that the brakes were working perfectly and I should have many more miles before I would need new brakes. After telling the man my sister did not want them to work on the vehicle she will have the mechanic change the breaks since she wanted him to check some things on the vehicle the man from budget brakes yelled and cursed about my children as he walked out the door to where the other gentlemen were working on the cars to complain about my children. Would not visit this location again.
