The service men explained everything to me and even showed me my brakes. I felt this was important being a woman taking in my car. They did not take advantage of a customer. 2 hours in & in. Fair price on brakes. Need lower arm controls but price was too high $429 x 2. I have purchased both + 4 other smaller parts for $167 ((since I got home today). Parts will be here Monday.
