Felt like there was a plan to add cost to my visit. Just needed my front pads replaced due to normal wear. Was told I needed new rotors and tubes. Technician that test drove my truck said there was motion when breaking. I totally disagree. Paid $100 for pads that should have been under warranty. Not pleased with the game that was played. I understand you make your profits adding scope to each visit but this was a warranty visit that was handled wrong !!!.
I am a new customer to Budget Brakes and needed an honest evaluation of my 2016 Honda Fit brake condition. I was shown wear to rotors on front wheels but also the need only of adjustment for the back. They also brought to my attention one lug bolt on each wheel was lacking and suggested I got to O ‘Reilly and pick up 4 which they would put on at no cost.

The manager and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in understand my vehicle ‘ s conditions . The made it possible for me to get the repairs necessary to make my vehicle safe and serviceable being ex - military and having been in Vehicle Operations I really appreciate your staff .

I went to budget and told them how my car was acting. The technician drove it came back and they told me that I needed brake pads and rotors. I paid them $950, and I got in the car drove It, went down the street returned to budget breaks. Where I spoke with Joel, he drove my car and told me that he was sorry, but it was not my brakes pads or rotors. Piss poor service. I waited 48 minutes here just to be told they can’t give my truck an alignment because I’m a dealership. Wasted my time and the employee just handed me my key with no explanation. Just we don’t do dealer cars and bye

I brought my car in to take care of the squealing sound on Friday,, October 10, 2025, at tge Nolensville Road location. After a review my vehicle I received an estimate of $3300 to repair the squealing sound. I decided to have the rotors changed I waited over three hours for the repair..
