Same day, online appointment request was easy and confirmed within 30 mins. Very friendly, honest staff. They inspected my brake system and then had me go with them to review what they found. I agreed, they gave me what seemed like a fair price and completed the work promptly. I also witnessed how honest they were with other customers with different issues. Would recommend them to anyone

Quick to get in even with 5 others ahead of me, fast service when in, and owner/manager fantastic, understands long term customer retention in his words and actions, meaning he is honest and not out for taking advantage of customers or situations for a higher sales amount. They've taken care of me for a very long time when broke and not, and will control take my cars there.

This was my first time as a customer at Budget Brakes. My husband has done business with them before concerning his vehicle. Everyone was very courteous. They provided me a copy of the cost before beginning. I had been for my regular six month check up at the dealership. A month later, I had singing brakes. I won’t be going back to our dealership. I very much appreciated their professionalism.
