The contact name I had was not there, but someone else was there to show us around. She had forgotten we were coming in today so she was not prepared for us, and it caused her to be flustered from the start. She was nice and pleasant enough, but it really seemed to throw her for a loop and she seemed nervous the whole time. They were evidently short-staffed today. Since Buffalo Creek has been purchased by Sagora quality has declined. They are having staffing issues. They have an activities calendar but it is not accurate. There are very little activities on the weekend. I noticed above states it has complimentary transportation but there is a fee for all transportation. Very Limited offsite activities

I would like to reassure you that #1 Sagora has not purchased the property, we are a managing company. #2 Staffing has not been an issue, I speak with the Executive Director on a daily basis and we are staffed accordingly to state regulations. #3 activities can sometimes change depending on resident participation and or requests to have new activities added.
