I've known and worked with Building Stars for over 10 years in the Austin market. Amy and her team have always been great to work with. Mr. Brown has been doing floor work for as long as I can remember and has great experience with all things cleaning. Great people doing great work!

Great communication and customer service. Highly recommend to local businesses. Good value for the price. I spoke with Amy and she was able to quote the service, discuss the products used for cleaning, and assured me that the staff is reliable and professional.

Building Stars is the company I use to clean my small suite of offices. The pricing is very reasonable and the cleaning crew that comes through always does a great job and is very responsive if we do have problems. We had a plumbing issue and had some carpeting that had been stained with water. Building Stars had a carpet cleaner come through and got the carpet cleaned and free of odor. I would recommend Building Stars to anyone needing a reliable housekeeping service.

I just wanted to let people know that Buildingstars and the person that runs this company has won my loyalty. It is not easy to find a cleaning company that you can trust and rely on. I have been using bulding stars for over a year to clean my office space and they are doing a great job. If I have any issues or areas of concern they always take care of things to my satisfaction. Kinda suprised to see other reviews that are not so great for these guys. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I like to say I have no problems with this cleaning company it is reasonable priced and the communication is wonderful and love coming into my office and everything is so clean (I have messy employees) they may improved since last reviews but my cleaning tech is wonderful !!!!!

As the owner of a business, I'm appalled at the way this business is run. The cleaners were scheduled to come at night after closing, but there was no oversight by the company to ensure the work was completed. The cleaning was simply bad. When we complained, the owners came to review the job and agreed with us that the work was done very poorly. Buildingstars has been extremely difficult to work with, and they were also very difficult to terminate our relationship with. Their cleaning service was sub-par, and when I tried to end our contract, it required multiple notifications via Certified Mail with documentation of dates and photographs. Then after our contract was terminated for Nonperformance, they continued to send our accounting department invoices for several months. We hired Building Stars to clean our commercial property a few months ago. We have had problems with them since the beginning, however, every month their progress seemed to regress. It got to the point where we were sent a new cleaning team within the company and it got even worse. We even printed spreadsheets out to help the crew navigate through what needed to be done.
