We hired Building Stars to clean our commercial property a few months ago. We have had problems with them since the beginning, however, every month their progress seemed to regress. It got to the point where we were sent a new cleaning team within the company and it got even worse. We even printed spreadsheets out to help the crew navigate through what needed to be done. I have attached all the emails between Alex and myself regarding the poor & inconsistent service that was received from Building Stars, we will not be paying the bill as we had never gotten a full service from your company.
