The locking pins on my hitch got corroded even though the caps were closed and I couldn’t get them off. I called in to the helpline and they were extremely friendly and super amazing, and sent out a set of locking pins for my hitch completely warrantied. Probably the best experience I’ve had in as long as I can remember, I love my bulletproof. I recommend them through and through and give them five stars

The whole eco-system behind the BulletProof Hitches is what sold me on going this route. I was initially looking for a ball I could place inward to hide, but if you walk into this thing its your own fault. Its the first and the last hitch I will ever need to buy. I recommend buying the hitch locks together and they will key them the same for you which is also a win win! P.S. the flag pole mount is effing awesome!
