Superb Quality I have a 6 inch lift on my truck and needed a hitch with at least a 10 inch drop. After buying and returning 3 other hitches at local stores I ran across the bulletproof ad on Facebook. I didn't measure the distance from my hitch to the ground and bought the wrong one. No problem, after contacting Customer Service Erin went above and beyond in replacing it and I must say it is a beast! VERY solid hitches and all necessary other extras that go with it! The company and their customer service were awesome. They were very nice to speak to and super quick responsive to every question, request, change or anything I had for them. Everything was packaged great and when I opened all the packages up, I was literally blown away at how stout, strong and heavy these hitches are. I'll never buy another hitch from anyone else! Definite 5 stars!!

Great service and quick shipping. Build quality looks first class.
I must say that hitch is made of great quality and is really heavy duty. The down side I see, is after measurements it was calling for me to get an 8"drop, I went with a 6" because I thought that was to much. After having the hitch on and towing with it wish I would have went with a 4" drop. I drive a 2015 Ram 2500.
Amazing how incredibly solid and well constructed this hitch is. Customer service has been outstanding as well to deal with.
Upgraded to the @bulletproof hitch for the @BCSTREESERVICE F250. Really happy with the new hitch !

Erin helped me out so much. I knew I wanted the 2.5 shank in the heady duty with the stabilizer. I just could decide on the 6 or 8 inch drop. she answered all my questions and was very patient with me. you dont get that kind of service these days. the hitch arrived 2 days later and this thing is awesome. built like a sherman tank. I'm a welder and I own a small family farm, so this hitch will be pulling rolls of hay, my tractor, a 30ft camper, you name it. this hitch looks great and the craftmanship is outstanding. thanks ... read more
