I purchased an Extreme Duty 12" drop hitch from this company on a Wednesday morning. Within about an hour one of their customer service reps called me to verify the order and answer any questions I had. I received the hitch on Friday (2 days) and it was packaged extremely well. Got my 2 ½” shank, 6” drop, heavy duty, and this thing is a TANK. I have complete faith in this hitch, especially with the solid shank vs the flimsy tube shank hitches. Very impressed, just wish they sent a locking receiver pin with it so I don’t have to hoist the heavy thing into the toolbox. I would hope that for the money it cost, it would come with a locking pin for that reason. Still well worth the money though.
