What a product I would give this hitch a 20/10 very well built and customer service is amazing would buy again but dont need to unless I buy a smaller truck and dont need the 12" drop with stabilizer bars would buy a smaller size hitch from them only one you will ever need 👍

Thought I would brag on a "smaller" business and leave a review....One of the best transactions I've ever had with a company. Received a medium duty 4 inch drop hitch as a gift for Christmas. Used it a few times and noticed a significant amount of slop when towing so I sent the company a video via message on Facebook which was on a Sunday, thinking I wouldn't hear back until Monday.
