Both sandwhiches had to be changed out cause they didnt have the Mexican sandwich and then they forgot my othwrsandwich I ordered
Not sure how this is possible as Burger King is at the end of my street, I can literally see it from my driveway, but everything in all 3 meals that I ordered was below room temperature. Like not even a little warm. I get that its fast food but come on. Ya'll are trash.
I ordered 2 Whopper Jr. with Cheese and only received 1. I ordered a HERSHEY'S® Sundae Pie and received 0! Do the employees NOT know how to read an order??
I receive the wrong flavor ice coffee
The crispy BBQ Bacon and Cheese BK Royal Crispy Chicken Meal was gross and the fried were cold.
food was not fresh at all tasted old
My soft serve wasn't in the order No cheese No tomato Soda warm with no ice.
They are garbage. Completely messed up my order per usual. Done with this place. This location is consistently terrible with very slow service. I hope they get better management bc they will fail with all these other places to eat on Mayfield Rd. with much better service.
