My soft serve wasn't in the order No cheese No tomato Soda warm with no ice.
They are garbage. Completely messed up my order per usual. Done with this place. This location is consistently terrible with very slow service. I hope they get better management bc they will fail with all these other places to eat on Mayfield Rd. with much better service.
burger not fully cooked
After waiting over a hour and a half for my order, because you changed drivers, the driver that did wait for my order waited over 45 mins in line. When the Driver arrived, he apologized for being so late. He said it was very busy. I bought my food in and began going through the bag. None of the food I requested was sent. French Fries instead of Oniion Rings, 2- bacon cheese burgers, 2- junior cheese whoppers, and a naked chicken sandwhich.
