After waiting over a hour and a half for my order, because you changed drivers, the driver that did wait for my order waited over 45 mins in line. When the Driver arrived, he apologized for being so late. He said it was very busy. I bought my food in and began going through the bag. None of the food I requested was sent. 2 hours to get food ready. Everything was cold, dry, and tasted like old oil. This burger is perfectly consistent at being awful.

you sent the wrong order. I ordered a big burger King with two patties, small onion rings and sprite. Instead I got a little cheese bacon burger, large onion rings and large sprite and everything is cold.
