AGAIN they did not give me my Onion rings or at least replace them with something else...
My order was was off. I asked for a lemonade and received sprite (as I can not have soda)I also ordered 2 Hershey pies and only received 1 and charged for 2. My havesies was a full order of onion rings. Totally unacceptable for so many mishaps. Ver disappointing

fries & onion rings are cold like they been sitting out,the burger is good & hot. The chicken fries are good& have flavor i just wish it was fresh..
Missing entire Family Bundle Crown, missing 12 Pc. Chicken Fries, missing Spicy BK Royal Crispy Wrap. Horrible, no help from the store. Not the first time either, but usually it's one or two smaller things missing this time it was literally the entire order
