I got two cocacolas instead of two shakes. This is not the Doordaah drivers' fault.
My sandwich had wilted, slimy lettuce on it. My Diet Coke wasn’t Diet Coke, and they didn’t give me my milkshake
Ordered one combo meal and it took close to a half an hour to be completed, leaving my dasher waiting at the store. Pathetic and unacceptable. Will never order from this location again.
Half the order was missing for the second or third time ordering from this location.
Forgot my fries again
ordered one onion rings and one fry but received 2 French fries and I had one very disappointed child!!!! this happened 2 times In a row now but every time I call the coatesville location it goes to vpicemial?!
Didn't have shakes, or frozen Fanta. Didn't even notify me either. Also only gave me 1 frozen coke. The only reason I knew all the drinks and other items were missing was because the dasher noticed and text me. This BK sucks for online orders.
Didn't receive this meal at all.
Dasher is fine... even though I left a note to check for the onion rings... BK is NOT fine... Every single time, they give me fries instead of onion rings! Why?!? I also ordered a wild Frozen Fanta® Wild Cherry... what they gave me is half a cup of blue ice....
