poppers were burnt and hard
Food was great. Drink however was laying sideways in the bag. Not a driver problem. That's a BK problem. Invest in drink holders for your bags like other places.
Missing multiple items from the order.
I've ordered twice from here & both times an item was missing. And it's always out of my kid's meal. So that mean my child don't get all their food. So I can't give a good rating for that reason alone.

they forgot onion rings. that's all my son wanted.

ordered a three Whopper family bundle but received two Whoppers and one was a double
jalapeño bites were sour tasting
