Rachel and her Tech Luis were fantastic. Rachel and her Tech Luis were fantastic. From the moment I arrived she took extremely good care of me and all of my service needs. She knew exactly what was needed and the perfect Nissan Technician to help me with my car. Even when the tech had a question for me and brought me out to my vehicle they were profession and courteous. Luis took a moment to warm up to me, but he was in super serious tech mode and I can understand that! He has his game face on. Once he asked for my input, he was fine! Rachel even was super competitive with my other dealers rates that I’ve been since I owned the car! She went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated and extremely valued! Compared to a lot of other dealers! Thank you for going above and beyond for me! I’ll be back for sure!
