Great Experience I just my second car at Car Pros Nissan and it was a great experience! I was at the dealership an hour and a half including the test drive! I left with the car I wanted and the entire experience was fast and easy! Craig, my salesman was great to work with, he is very energetic and professional. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family!!
CAR PROS I came to CAR PROS Nissan in Burien, Wash after looking for specific used vehicles on line. I wanted a ford P.U. listed at their Burien store that hade been sent out for auction. The sales staff bent over backward to have the truck brought back for my inspection which was done very quickly and it was just what I wanted. They had no problem working it out even on a trade down. great service bought a 2013 Volkswagen jetta, worked with sam, he really help me finding for what I was looking for, really nice person and people working their, I would recommend this place to everyone, they have a lot of nice car, and their prices are just great, was really fast to make the deal, left my house with a car, and came back with the car that I was looking for, really nice car.

Here's what happened: 1. Price bait-and-switch: Negotiated $40k out-the-door price for a 2024 Nissan Rogue. At dealership, price increased to $41.5k, then $43.5k after 3 hours. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS Dealer! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS Dealer!!!!! We bought a car from them 2 months ago and it has been a nightmare ever since. The service dept head is clueless about anything car related and you can't get the correct paperwork for anything related to the car we bought. Do not buy even a paperclip from these people. They never answer any emails we have sent or voice message we leave.
Do NOT use Service Department! Do not use Burien Nissan to have your vehicle serviced. Unfortunately, I tried them 3 different times and each experience was worse than the previous, and all 3 times they didn't actually complete the work they charged me for. No sense of customer service and they lie about what work is (and isn't) completed. Horrible service department rude, not reconciling The service department is horrible, rude, condescending, not reconciling at all. I just wanted to know how long and trying to work out what would be done, how long and communication. Finally I asked in frustration of the rudeness, "Should I go to another Nissan and so willingly he handed back my key and said Yes."
