Dishonest - Beware I purchased a 2000 Frontier in January, 2023 from Burien Nissan. I was working with salesman Ismael (Izzy) Gutierrez. My main concern prior to purchasing was if it had any leaks. Izzy let me know via text "No I can't see any leaks". I proceeded with the purchase. Very poor customer service! Very poor customer service! Much longer wait than promised, inaccurate report on the multipoint check, the rep looked irritated when asked for clarification and we felt ignored. I had to go to the mechanic to ask a quick question and then the other rep chastises me for doing so and then have me wait some more while she remained chatting on the phone! We will never go back to this dealership’s service dept again!!!

First time buying a car ¿¿ I just buy a car on Sunday !! Everything was ok until the end I returned the keys of my other car and we sign the papers and Avery thing was ok , I tall that the seller give the keys to my husband but, when he ask me where are the keys ?? Worst place ever Bad Experience from A to Z, every single step is bad , my fault when I bought a car from this place, last and I don't believe it's gonna be the least, they called scheduled¿ 7:30 for a service, and it turns out that they open at 8:00!!!!

Burien Nissan I went here for my first car buying experience. Decided on a used 2007 Ford F-150. Was told they would fix the fuel temperature sensor (check engine light was on) and find out why the TPMS light was on, even though they had just supposedly out brand new sensors on when they replaced the tires. I won't bore you with all the details, but after ten days, and having to contact THEM multiple times when they hadn't contacted me by the promised time, I show up to pick up my truck. Guess what? unprofessional Poor customer relations. I tried to get a pre-owned car from them, Nicole was dealing with me. deal didn't go through because they sold the car when was agreed on price and dealt with already. Anyhow, I called in to speak to the GM named Lance, explained my frustration and he said that he will get back to me after he digs in to see what happened. 2 days passed by and no call.
