I’ve stopped by with my mom and found this property to be inviting! The staff were amazing and the residents were enjoying themselves! my mom liked what she saw and she is looking forward to possibly moving here soon! The sales director was amazing! He shared with us all of the services that are provided, but what stood out was their activities! What’s life without fun and memorable times?! We appreciated what Burlingame has to offer and we think it’s a great match for my mom!

Did a favor and toured for a family friend. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hallways look like you’re in a hotel! Was observing from a distance a couple of staff assisting an elderly gentleman. He was laughing with them the whole time.. he must be enjoying his stay. Their location, facility and the staff highly rank up there compared to the others I went.

I was lucky enough to tour this community in the beginning of the year and I'm glad I was able to. I liked that it had a very "homey" feel and it just so happened to smell like fresh baked cookies when I visited. When I tour different communities I always observe how the residents appear and it was nothing but smiles that day. In the elevator I was able to have a short conversation with a resident and asked her "How was lunch today?" She said she wasn't a picky eater and always enjoys the food- I would say that's a big plus.... read more

Toured the community in April. A small community with a family oriented feel. Everyone was friendly. Wasn’t able to go inside the building but was shown many great amenities the community has to offer from the outside. It’s in a cute neighborhood next to Washington Park and near Burlingame Downtown area. The model apartment is stunning! Beautifully decorated and felt homey. I really like the overall feel of this community. I would definitely recommend Atria Burlingame as a Senior community anyone’s loved ones!

My mom just moved into Atria Burlingame and the staff was incredibly helpful with the process and getting her moved in. From answering all our questions to getting her medication list and welcoming her with some of her favorite things, I can truly say that the staff at Atria Burlingame go well beyond the call of duty. Thank you [names removed], and everyone at Atria. I feel totally confident that my mom is in warm, loving, capable hands. We couldn't be happier.

We recently took a tour of Atria Burlingame. Since the COVID-19 restrictions were still in place, we were unable to go inside the building. This makes rating difficult because there is no way to rate the various categories as "N/A". Since I don't want their reputation to suffer because of the rating system deficiencies, I'm giving them a "4 star" category rating in the areas we were unable to personally observe. Atria has been great so far. The staff are very attentive and caring. They really do care for the residents there. The food is not bad at all, and my loved one enjoys it. He is also really enjoying participating in the creative writing workshops and the exercise classes there. It's a very clean, vibrant community, and I'd recommend it to others.
