Clara loves seeing Dr. Bill. She asks months in advance when she gets to go to the dentist. I really don't know how many kids do that. She was so excited to receive her bag of "goodies.". The service is prompt which is fantastic because she isn't that patient. My 10 mo old thought the waiting room was amazing and the whole thing happened fast enough to keep his attention span focused. We love going to the dentist.
Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful. The dentist explained things to both me and my child.
Our visits are always a great experience for my children and myself. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and always concerned about giving the best service. I know that we receive honest and ethical treatment each and every time! Thank you Dr. Bill.
Dr. Burriss's staff is always so personable each time that you visit, greeting each patient by name. They are prompt and provide service immediately upon arrival. I especially like the consultation with Dr. Burriss at the end of each visit. Communication with the parent and child is vital to building and maintaining a great Doctor/patient relationship.
This was my son's first dentist appointment. He is only 8 months old and needless to say mommy was more worried about it than he was. Dr Burriss is great with both kids and parents - no matter what age.
Dr. Bill and staff are always very friendly and helpful. I love that they don't over schedule appointments so you don't have to wait!
NEVER, EVER have to wait, always meet with Dr. Bill personally, and the kids love all the staff!
Tanner was scared going in for some possible fillings, but when he came out we asked him-"How did it go?" he said "It was Awesome!" We LOVE Dr. Bill!
