We love Dr. Burriss. My children have never complained about going to the dentist. I like the fact that we will never be there very long. My child is always called back within 5 minutes.
Burriss Pediatric Dentistry is wonderful! The staff is friendly and your appointment is on time - no waiting hours in the waiting room. Dr. Bill is an excellent dentist and does a great job of making the kids feel comfortable and important!
Jordan likes Dr. Bill so much he says when he joins the Navy he is going to send him postcards! He is saddened that he only has a couple more years with him.
Dr. Bill did a good job of explaining an upcoming procedure. The secretary called me back to explain the billing process. She failed to go over it before we left the office. It was a little confusing and she did a good job of explaining it.
It's difficult to imagine that you could improve anything. Perhaps offering seminars to other health care offices on how to respect the time of others might be useful!
