I arrived at my elderly Mother's house back in October for a visit and it was 64* F in her house. I called Burt's at 12:57 P.M. and spoke with Penny, whom was very pleasant and professional. She assured me that my Mother was not out of Kerosene as they have her on automatic delivery. She informed me that they had a technician that was on another job in Glenwood Village and would put the call in that she has no heat. Burt’s technician, Joel, is knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. He fixed my problem which was a whistle every time my heat came on. I needed a new and different air filter. Any time I have had an issue, Burt’s has responded in a timely fashion.
Had my boiler serviced by Burts, and once again, I couldn’t be happier. I was recommended to Burt’s 10 years ago when I bought my home. I want to thank Chris, in your office, and especially Edwin, your technician. I was having a problem with the 'smart' thermostat that I purchased through PSEG but which was installed by your team when I had central air installed this Spring.
