Busy Bee HVAC/Plumbing are a great group of people... from office management to the technicians on the field! I've been using them for HVAC maintenance, and more recently a plumbing issue. After some initial misunderstandings and delay in repair parts, etc., plumbing technician Gary, with Vince, got on it immediately. We had a clogged sink. We called on Sunday and the technician tried to walk us through taking care of it ourselves. That did not work, so on Monday morning we called again. The technician came by 10:00 a.m. We were unclogged by 11:00. Great job, Busy Bee!
Every person I've encountered from this company has been very nice and helpful. We were given multiple options for the work we needed done and everything was explained very thoroughly. They were responsive and quick to get things done. I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs plumbing done. We've lived in TN for 7 years and we have finally found the best, most reliable plumber around!
