Okay so I GOT TO BRAG for a second on not only this company.. but the Wonderful CEO Mikey Hartman. I was waiting on a roni for a little while and Mikey took time out of his day to send me a Personal message and help resolve the issue. He was kind enough to discount my order and he even gave me a free t-Shirt. absolutely Fantastic! Great product! Great Company! And GreaT CEO! Thank you CAA!!
i love the CAA products i just got. Mikey Hartman is top notch. he is honest and trust worthy and by the way he has his on MH1 Hartman reflex sight and the CEO of CAA and pretty much wrote the book on special training. he treated me great and i will buy from CAA again in the future. just finished a ar build with CAA stock, cheek piece, and grip. great combination and very solid equipment. to every one out there CAA products are very well made. any way i was treated great. thanks Mikey Hartman
look the product is good. it really is. I love the Micro Roni and own 2, plus accessories e.t.c. e.t.c. unfortunately their advertising practices is what I have a problem with. I looked at mck flashlight and actually purchased it along with $150 worth of accessories. In 5 to 6 days I received 14 emails! offering me deals to purchase the flashlight I had already purchased including the back up sights ( I had already purchased in the same order) for FREE. worst customer service I have ever dealt with not only did they not send my order out 4 days later after I purchased it when I called and asked about invoice or tracking info they said it hasn't even left also was hung up on my one of their customer service repesentives they could not give me a answer on why it took so long to process will never shop from them again
tried to order 3 times and it never goes through not going through the same steps again
Myself and others have rated various products carried by CAA. A lot of the ratings were 1 and 2 stars because of poor product performance, design or lack of detailed instructions for use of said products. When products are rated by a customer, the customer receives an email to confirm the rating and the email goes on to say that the rating will be posted on your CAA website; however, upon inspection of your website, we only find ratings of 5 stars and maybe a 4 star. Would be great if they could / would delivery all of the great things they are showing on their SHOT Show video in a timely manner.
Worst experience, poor customer service, never return emails, calls, or even the telephone for that matter. I ordered the wrong product, trying to exchange, this after the chat before I purchased assured me it would fit! These people are horrible and dishonest. Stay away. So angry as we are out $298! SCAMMERS!
Placed an order and 2 days later got an email with a promo code that provided free sights for the same price I paid. Customer service would not honor it. CAA lost a customer and a sale because their service staff wont do the right thing.
