Although the products may be good, the customer service is terrible. I ordered a MCK and it arrived with pieces missing. After several emails and phone calls to customer service I wound up searching for parts elsewhere.

Tried to purchase product they have on special during 4th of July weekend,only to here from them a few days after that they were backed up on shipping and orders because of the holiday weekend. A week goes by and I receive another email saying that my transaction did not go through because the company that was handling the transactions parted ways with CAA. I can only base my comments on the one order I have placed, so there's that caveat. Ordered pop up front and rear sights and flashlight for the MCK. Received the invoice and billed my credit card. After waiting 3 weeks with nothing arrived, I emailed them and got bounced around with Heidi telling me the order had shipped, but the tracking numbers saying USPS was awaiting receipt of the product. i thought with bringing my business to the soure would be better and everyone i talk to is nice exept i never get a call back been waiting for a call for mike for over a month called 3 times spoke to someone who said everytime ill talk to mike and call me tomorrow well i never got a call and ive called him personally no response ive spent a lot of money just to get thrown to the side my suggestion is go to optics planet or somewere else to buy what you want i bought the thumb rests from optics planet and saved money and if ... read more

terrible product with just as bad customer service. I bought a Micro Roni and it was defective. after months of back and forth with Mike Grandy at CAA I am left with a shelled out base model replacement product that I cant even return to the place of purchase.

Placed order on 04/02. Was checking order status with no updates on it over a week later. I then emailed asking for a status update and received no response. I waited four days for the response. I then called to find out what was going on with my order and was told it was placed on hold while waiting for the 50 round drum. I then asked why they would not ship the order without the drum and ship the drum later. I was told they do not do business that way. Great products. Terrible Customer Service! I've used their pistol grips on several AR builds. I ordered one last month and never received an email of the item being back ordered or shipped. After 3 weeks I called and was told they had no idea when the part would be available to ship. I asked to exchange for another pistol grip, again I waited. hello i placed an order on March 3rd and still have not gotten a tracking and the site just says processing, i have sent multiple emails and left multiple voice mails and nothing. I am extremely unhappy with the service thus far. Order number has been emailed, left on voice mail and sent via FB messenger over the course of the last week.
