Been living here for about half a year and my first impression of this complex was that there’s a lack of care… which has proven to still be an issue even after 6 months. I walked into my apartment for the first time and there were 2 half drank Gatorade bottles on the counter. Also, the bathrooms at the pool never have paper towels and are always dirty. As a student, I've had an unfortunate experience living at Cabana Beach. Despite efforts to maintain cleanliness, roaches and fruit flies persist, making it an unpleasant place to call home. Maintenance and landscaping crews do a terrible job, leaving leaves and pollen all over cars. The leasing team lacks competence, hiring inexperienced staff. Security is a joke; bikes go missing, and car windows are broken despite their presence. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this subpar complex.

Worst living experience ever. I moved in around half a year ago and the apartment has been infested with roaches since the first second, a couple of my roomates even told me that they tried to fix this problem before but cabana doesn’t care. Maintenance people have keys for the apartments so they just come in, without a notice or nothing. I can’t even cook or eat in peace because of the bugs, even when cleaning and bombing the place with roach spray, it still doesn’t get better. Cabana Beach Apartments are a great place to live in Gainesville. The staff is very friendly and everyone within the community is helpful and nice. This is a great area that isn’t too far from either school (Florida or Santa Fe) and only about a fifteen to twenty minute drive to midtown and downtown. Great choice for those that are new to the area and going to school!

My agent Tanasia made sure the application process went through correctly. She is an incredible employee and was very accommodating. She was very patient and kind throughout the process and answered all of our questions. She honestly deserves a raise, she worked so hard to get us our place in the apartment
