I have taken 2 vehicles to the chevy service center in the last 2 months. I saw Mr. Ray Peters at the service desk. He is beyond amazing! Ray helped me and my husband tremendously during a very rough patch with cars. Ray has a repeat customer with me. Just when I had lost all faith in customer service and dealerships, Mark Christopher stepped in and changed everything. Thank you all.
This is my fourth car with Mark Chris and the deals are just getting better everytime.

Had 0700 appointment for oil change. 1 hr 45 min later finally got car back..Not washed as advertised... Safety check revealed service need on paper but never told about them at time of service. Staff friendly.

It was the most pleasurable experience! Comfortable and professional. Jrod and his crew were amazing, thorough with every detail and explanations. Very helpful, courteous and fun.
