I went to go take senior pictures and was super nervous about having my first professional photo shoot. I had nothing to worry about! My photographer walked me through everything and was very easy to understand the process in which they had the appointment set up. I want to begin by saying that you have some amazing photographers in your employ and they were by far some of the best we've had the pleasure to work with. Specifically Nyla and Sara were personable, pleasant, professional, talented, and just all out amazing. Just finished my daughter's senior pictures session and our photographer Tyler Williamson was amazing!! He was friendly, professional, patient and avocado l accommodating. We could not have asked for a better experience. I can't wait to see the final photos!!

Had a great experience with taking photos. Not with the ordering process. Rep seemed like she didn't want to be there. Didn't introduce yourself. Had to ask her name. Not a good or great experience with selecting my Seniors photos ESPECIALLY with the cost. Actually regret even ordering my child photos because the service wasn't good.

Cady is a scam! I chose the Elite (the most expensive) session for my daughter and although the pictures were nice there’s a fee to see the pictures and the prices are unreasonably high. The worse part is I bought the traditional session for my son a few years earlier and to purchase the same number of pictures for my daughter is $1500 more simply because she did the Elite session which gave her more pictures to choose from. My son had pictures with the studio at his high school. He forgot to bring home a paper so I had to call the studio to order the pictures. Took two phone calls for them to help me set up an account and get it to actually work on my end so that I could look at pictures and that was all fine but when I went to order the pictures, the PayPal option didn’t work so I called back was on hold for 30 minutes and the employee that answered to all of three seconds to tell me it wasn’t his job and it wasn’t his problem. Very disorganized- we spent an hour and half at the studio for a 30 minute session.  Most of the time was spent waiting for a photographer that was helping people who arrived AFTER we did.  The photographers were very unfriendly; did not offer props or pose options and were not customer service drive at all.  Poor experience.
