Cady is a scam! I chose the Elite (the most expensive) session for my daughter and although the pictures were nice there’s a fee to see the pictures and the prices are unreasonably high. The worse part is I bought the traditional session for my son a few years earlier and to purchase the same number of pictures for my daughter is $1500 more simply because she did the Elite session which gave her more pictures to choose from. Would NEVER use again!
A 1 star is too much!! What a complete rip off of a business!!! Shame on them to try to make these obscene amount of money for a couple of pictures. No one should be buying from them! Shame on you to run a business abusing your customers.
My son had pictures with the studio at his high school. He forgot to bring home a paper so I had to call the studio to order the pictures. Took two phone calls for them to help me set up an account and get it to actually work on my end so that I could look at pictures and that was all fine but when I went to order the pictures, the PayPal option didn’t work so I called back was on hold for 30 minutes and the employee that answered to all of three seconds to tell me it wasn’t his job and it wasn’t his problem. Very disorganized- we spent an hour and half at the studio for a 30 minute session. Most of the time was spent waiting for a photographer that was helping people who arrived AFTER we did. The photographers were very unfriendly; did not offer props or pose options and were not customer service drive at all. Poor experience.
Overpriced and they scam you
3rd Visit to Cady Studios.. this one I have to say I give **corporate** a 1 star because it won’t allow me to give a 0. Families pay big amounts of money to obtain their children’s pictures. The main and important photo a parent wants is their child’s Cap and Gown, and we did not receive those pictures in our video nor in our USB. Why? Our 2nd visit at Cady was Sunday afternoon to see our final results and make decisions! We walked in and were greeted! As soon as we said the appointment name, they were expecting us! They verified the room where we would be and if everything was set! Outside the room there was a board ready with my daughter’s name greeting her/us! Scheduled my sons senior pictures MONTHS ago- called this morning at 9am to confirm my sons appointment at 2pm today & was told we are all set. Show up to take pictures and they’re CLOSED! No phone calls or emails to reschedule and when I called customer service number the lady was SO rude and unhelpful with zero empathy for the situation. What a joke of a company that they can’t do a simple thing as CALLING YOUR UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS TO RESCHEDULE when deciding to not open. If I could give zero stars I would!
