Pictures were mediocre at best. My son did the showtime sports pics for his wrestling and the photographer only did head shots. We paid extra for the additional options of backgrounds. Out of the whole experience there were only 2 decent pics. Chose not to order the over priced pics but still got a charge from the studio after a month for an order I did not place. We were extremely disappointed that we weren’t given all the information before signing the document. We were partially told about the options for tge payment plan but not told we wouldn’t receive the photos until paid in full and that we couldn’t change our plan or our minds until AFTER signing the agreement. Very unhappy!
just now NEW Went in for senior portraits just to be in the yearbook. Specifically asked for their portfolio to NOT be sent to me on multiple occasions as I do not have a printer and had no vehicle to return it. The people at the session assured me a return label would be in the box IF they did send it to me even though I was requesting it NOT BE SENT. The worst experience!!! They are too expensive, bad customer service, poor communication. I wanted to finance, but they took the money directly from the bank account (without financing) regardless of whether they ruin your Christmas by leaving you without money. I made it clear that I want to pay for the pictures, but I wanted to do financing. Jessica, the manager, said she would give me a call to solve this issue, and she never did. From finding out someone pick her most dislike picture for the year book when we have her session done before the last day to have the picture taken. My daughter didn’t have the chance to pick her yearbook picture as she was supposed to do during checkout time after her session. Would give them a 0 if I could. They decided to mail out a "portfolio" and not clearly state it needed to be returned or they would charge you $235 4 months later!!!! Poor businesses practices. I will not have senior portraits in the year book for my future seniors due to this!
Absolutely horrible studio. Every year my kids school uses them and every time there is something wrong. This last time my son’s soccer uniform is dark blue. In the photos however the shorts and socks look black. I put in a request to have the color fixed. Was told the it would take at least 10 days to fix which is ridiculous. Multiple chats, emails, phone calls only to get the same excuse that they are busy. Maybe if their photographers took better photos the graphics department wouldn’t be so backed up. We were very excited to have our Senior's photos taken in a professional studio but in the end, it turned out that they were not professional in customer service by directing us wrongly to buy the packages we do not want and need. And when we claimed a refund they responded they have nothing to do! Bad experience, a total rip-off!
Scam Alert! Do NOT use this crooked company! I would leave a negative star review if I could. They will claim to send you a "portfolio" and then charge you for it without consent. I never ordered a portfolio, never asked for a portfolio, never even received a portfolio, now being billed $235.39 for a "portfolio." The only thing I ever consented to ordering was a sitting fee for my son's senior pictures. Pictures were terrible btw, not even worth the sitting fee.
