Cafe Fiorello is an institution across the street from Lincoln Center, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends. Fiorello's is a great spot for pre-theater dining. Open late each night, the restaurant is also perfect for a post-theater dinner, a light bite at the antipasto bar, or cocktails and dessert.

Great for pre-theatre dining. Delicious drinks, appetizers and a killer tiramisu.
The tables are bistro style tiny. I did not care for the fancy soggy bread. The food and presentation were OK but not over the top. Service was business like, efficient and fast, almost eager to turn the table over to the next patron.
The waiter was awful. I ordered a bottle of wine and about 15 minutes later someone else came by to say they were out of the bottle I ordered. We asked for the table to be leveled and he said yes. 10 minutes later I had to remind him. Rather than going around the table to pour water, deliver food, etc, the waiter and busboy kept reaching across. Very unprofessional. After all this, the waiter got pushy about dessert and/or an after dinner drink. Fortunately the food was very good but the service distracted from it.
Whether you are looking for an assortment of filling appetizers, a variety of main dishes, or even Pizza, Cafe Fiorello is the place. Their Italian food is authentic, delicious, and served piping hot the way it should be. Because the restaurant is right across from Lincoln Center, service can be a little slow during a rush right before the curtain goes up. Otherwise, no complaints.
The Bella Benedict is very tasty, and my partner always really enjoys the Spaghetti carbonara. They treated us very special giving us extra yummy sweet bread before our meal and some bubbly wine for both me and my mom. Very generous portions and for New York the whole package is a great deal. Another plus it is close to home. Love this place.
Our family has been enjoying Cafe Fiorello whenever we attend a Lincoln Center event. It has always been a delight - the hospitality and the food always excel. But today I was overwhelmed by their graciousness. I carelessly left my wallet on the table and did not discover my loss until the next day. I called them at 10 am and spoke with a very kind lady who immediately assured me that my wallet had been found. When I arrived to claim it I offered a cash reward. It was not accepted. I was told that honesty always rules at Caf... read more
My best friend and I ate brunch here on a very soggy Mother's Day just before a show. We were served by Jim, a most charming fellow, who made the occasion even more enjoyable. The food was excellent - Bellini, artichoke high omelet and salmon and quinoa (accidentally sans salmon!), and a delicious tiramisu.. Will definitely pay another visit.
😊 great!!! One of the best
