My wife and I come to dinner here whenever we go to the Opera at the Met. Tonight dinner was exceptional. We had the caprese salad and the buffalo mozzarella was wonderful, tomatoes were ripe and sweet. We had the short rib meatball appetizer that was tasty. My wife had the veal parmigiana and I had the spaghetti carbonara that were much better than we remembered. Service was fast and friendly leaving us plenty of time to get to the performance at Lincoln center.
This is second time we went to Cafe Fiorello before the opera at the Lincoln Center. The food is terrific. The service is pleasant and efficient. We love the ambience. Everyone in the group decided it should be our tradition. CF will be seeing more of us when we come from Alabama to go to the Met Opera.

Very convenient for a Lincoln center show night. Orders taken and food arrived promptly. Food was good, would go again. Very loud during the pre show time was the only down side.
Our food server, Beatrice, was outstanding and she desires to be commended. What a treasure!! She made the dining experience one to be long remembered
Their food is so good! The service was lacking this time around. Good thing we were not in a rush. The restaurant was very cold in the middle of December. Several patrons I saw had their jackets on while dining. Hopefully the service will be a little more attentive and thermostat working properly next time around!
Great food too many tables, too crowded hard for diners to get in and out of our seats.
Fiorelllo's never disappoints. Excellent food and service.
